The BS-9 is a cast brass stake with 1/2 NPS thread and machined wireway slot.  The wireway slot allows the stake to be easily installed first without fixture wire interfering.  Use the BS-9 for demanding installations requiring strength and corrosion protection.  The BS-9 will also aid in reducing your LED fixture operating temperature which translates into longer lamp life.
